Being selfless
Recently, on my way to a shop, I noticed a woman struggling to walk across the parking lot. A little while later, after I had finished doing my shopping and was standing in the queue at the checkout counters, I saw the very same woman near the front of the line, with a few items in her shopping trolley. Behind her was a man with a single cooldrink. The lady then turned to the man, and asked him if he would like to go ahead of her, as he had only one item! I found myself deeply moved by her selflessness. After we had paid for our goods, I talked to her a little, and thanked her for her kindness.
